Sudani Fintech officially launched "Sah", the first-mover integrated digital financial services platform in Sudan, built on a partnership between telecommunications and banking services, offering a mobile application for individuals, USSD-based access for seamless transactions without internet connectivity, as well as dedicated applications for agents and merchant point-of-sale (POS) solutions.

Khartoum - Sudani Fintech Services Company "Sudani Fintech" today announced the official launch of "Sah", its digital services platform, marking a historic milestone in Sudan's financial ecosystem.
"Sah" is the first-of-its-kind service in Sudan to seamlessly integrate telecommunications and banking services into a single, user-centric platform. Built on the country's most extensive telecommunications infrastructure and supported by established banking expertise accredited by the Central Bank of Sudan, the platform is designed to deliver accessible, seamless, and inclusive financial services to all segments of society.
"Sah" introduces a pioneering capability by enabling users to obtain a basic digital account with an instant BBAN (Basic Bank Account Number) upon registration, enhancing their ability to send and receive funds across all banks in Sudan. The platform is accessible through both a mobile application and USSD short code, ensuring usability even without internet connectivity.

"Sah" operates under the supervision and licensing of the Central Bank of Sudan and is fully integrated with national payment systems through direct connectivity with Electronic Banking Services Co. Ltd. and the Civil Registry.
This integration enhances service reliability, enables faster user identity verification, and ensures full compliance with regulatory frameworks.

"Sah" is designed to address financial inclusion challenges by providing access through multiple channels.
This multi-channel approach allows Sah to serve all population segments, including communities with limited or no internet access.

As a first mover in the Sudanese market, "Sah" offers a range of distinctive and innovative capabilities, including:

Mr. Magdi Taha, Board Chairman of Sudani Fintech Company and CEO of Sudatel Telecom Group: "The launch of 'Sah' is not merely the introduction of a new service - it represents an expansion of our vision of connectivity to include access to economic opportunities and the creation of an integrated communications ecosystem. What we have built is a true bridge between digital infrastructure and financial inclusion, reaching broader segments of society."
Mr. Mohamed Eldaw, Board member of Sudani Fintech and CEO of Africa and Gulf Bank: "This partnership aligns with the bank's vision for development, sustainability, and value creation. It demonstrates that fintech innovation and banking solidity are not opposing forces but complementary strengths. We are delivering both trust and convenience to the user."
Mr. Isaac Nuchonda, CEO of Sudani Fintech Company: "Your phone can offer you more with 'Sah'. Financial services are no longer complicated or out of reach. Customers no longer have to go through long procedures and unnecessary barriers. Instead, they can now access financial services through the app or USSD in ways that fit daily life, even without internet."

The launch of "Sah" marks not the end of a journey, but the beginning of a broader digital financial ecosystem that the company plans to expand progressively to include additional sectors and services in the coming phases.
